I saw an article about success stories. Philip Rosedale, creator of Second Life, was featured. Second Life has taken off and according to this article the businesses located in this virtual world have profited over 15 million worth of services and goods. I still don’t know much about it other than it is making money and still growing. Has anyone tried it before? What was your impression of it?

I haven't had a chance to check it out. I have heard about the money that some people have made on there. I will be interested to see if and when the IRS decides that virtual and real money needs to be taxed. I think they skipped by this year but I have heard that it is something that will be looked into in the near future.

I know a lot of people who play in there and they say they have made a lot of profit but not having been in there it's hard to say if it's true or not.

I know one couple that got married on line. Now they are both married offline so I don't know if the government gets involved will they be declared bigamists? LOL

That would be too funny to see.
