You know avoiding the office politics isn't always 100% possible, but if it can be avoided, productivity would rise. Can you imagine if we could throw it all out. Wow what great things could be done in it's place. It just seems like all work is anymore is gossip.

I agree with the Sponge. I don't think it's possible to avoid office politics. And it doesn't matter where you work. If the boss likes you, things go easier. If you get along with your co-workers, your day goes better. People should just work.
