I work PT in an office and am paid hourly. There are a lot of people who are salaried and take full advantage of going to dr's appointments, taking long lunches, breaks, etc without making up the time. You know, I put in my hours and work hard, and it just ticks me off that this goes on and the bosses don't even care.
