I have an old lateral file cabinet that doesn't have the long rails. The cabinet is a five drawer, 36" wide unit. The bars that I need for it would be approx. 34 1/8" long with a hook on each end. The opening that these rails (bars) need to go through is 3/4" high and 1/8" wide. Do you have any thing that will work? I need ten of them. Please respond.

I have a 2 drawer lateral filing cabinet that don't have a brand anywhere on it, it is completely blank. The rails are missing/broken. The matching filing cabinet has rails, and they are 33 1/4 inches long and 2 hooks at end approximately an inch apart. Does anyone know where I can find 4 rails?

Wouldn't a regular lateral steel frame work? I know if would be preferable to have the exact thing that fits the grooves in the drawer, but you can buy a frame cheaply at Office Depot.

I have a lateral file cabinet with no brand name on it. It is a two drawer. 42" long by 18" deep. Can I get rails for this filing cabinet that allows me to hang my files front to back? Or can I only hang them left to right?

I have a 36" Cole 3- drawer lateral file cabinet with a broken front drawer cover attachment. The piece I need attaches to the scissor slide for the face plate that retracts into the cabinet allowing you to open the file drawer. This is the pivot hinge that attaches to the back of the face plate and is about 6 5/8" long. If anyone has one please contact me. This particular drawer does not operate because the faceplate is not secured to the scissor hinge.

I have no clue what to call these parts and I apologize if this is not clear enough. Please ask questions.

I am trying to locate a locking mechanism for a tall, double locker-style All-Steel storage cabinet and shelf brackets for two 36W x 14D x 52H storage cabinets. There is only one reference number on the smaller cabinet, 115-642, located inside top right. I don't know to what that refers. The larger cabinet may have some identifying numbers, but I will provide those if possible when needed.

I have a 4 drawer filing cabinet that needed a replecement lock. The lock was made by Yale, and I was able to find a replacement lock made by Chicago Lock. The lock style is a oval shape, it is located in the upper right corner, and to lock the cabinet you press the cylinder lock in. Unfortunately my issue is now is that I didn't realize that there are metal tabs, that are screwed onto the rail, that individual lock each door when the lock is pressed in, making the rail move downward, engaging the hooks on the tabs to lock the drawer and not allow the drawer to open.. WHAT I AM SEEKING are 4 of these TABS.. What brand of filing cabinet uses this type of locking system ??

I have 8 5 drawer letter files from GF they are locking files, but all the locking pieces that bolt onto the long rail inside the cabinet have been removed. I nee 40 of those pieces

any help would be appreciated
