We have a 2002 Sony 36" KV-36FS100 television that clicks when we try to turn it on, but no sound and no picture. We removed the back and checked the fuse and the fuse is fine. So we are now looking for the power supply or the micorchip I guess. Do you happen to know where we can get the parts?

THERE WERE INTERMITTEN FLASHING LIGHT (5 TIMES)ON PANEL; PICTURE WILL TURN OFF FOR A SECOND AND TURNS BACK ON.AUDIO STAYS ON.

FINALLY PICTURE TURNS OFF PERMANENTLY BUT AUDIO STAYS ON. ANY ADVISE, DO APPRECIATE.

I have a Sony Videoscope KPR-53CX35 which has a damaged PC board (1-634-218-14). There is an additional board attached (1-631-820-13), but this unit appears to be undamaged. Any help finding a replacement for this board would be greatly appreciated.

I have seem them help out with various Sony parts that are discontinued. Because more then likely there is another part number after the discontinued part number
