What is the name of the insurance that you can use to pay a medical or dental payment and then allow the cost to come out of your paycheck monthly. For example a 150.00 bill at the dentists office is taken out in 15.00 increments for 10 months.

I've never heard of any insurance like that. It seems to me that the company is just giving you a loan.An insurance company is one that you pay a monthly fee to and then submit your dental/medical bills and they pay you back a percentage. Usually 80% is what is given back to you. Insurance coverage like what you are talking about doesn't sound realistic because if your company is taking it out of your paycheck then they have to send that money to the insurance company? I question it for its validity.

I have a tendency to agree with you River because I have worked for a lot of companies and never in all of my working career, about 40 years worth, have I ever heard of an insurance company working like this.I think that the company is simply helping the employees to get the dental work or medical assistance that they need by covering the bills and then letting the employees pay it over time.
