Approaching a possible investor Hints, ideas and questions about finding investors for your small business

I will hopefully have a meeting set up within the next few weeks regarding a new account with my business. The investor seems very interested. I have a copy of my working business plan as well some fiscal reports. I was wondering is there anything else I should consider bringing with me for this meeting.
